Dr. Kirti Dutta, MBA, Ph.D. is an accomplished academic and marketing expert, currently serving as the Dean and Professor at Faculty of Commerce and Management, SGT University. With over three decades of experience in academia and industry, she brings deep expertise in neuromarketing, covid behavior, branding, advertising and services marketing. Dr. Dutta has a strong research orientation, with several published papers in national and international journals, and has also contributed to curriculum development and faculty training initiatives. Dr. Dutta is the author or co-author of several influential textbooks published by Oxford University Press and is an experienced TEDx speaker. She had a brief stint as Associate Editor – Journal of Services Research and sits on the review panel of International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Total Quality Management, and Technology marketing.
