With over a decade of experience in building sustainable businesses and leveraging technology for impact, Raman has always believed in inclusive growth. Through DOSE, he aims to bridge the gap between corporate capabilities and community needs, focusing on education, livelihood, sanitation and empowerment of underserved population. His leadership reflects a strong belief that real development happens when businesses, civil society, and government work together. Raman continues to dedicate his time and resources to building resilient communities and inspiring others in the private sector to contribute meaningfully for social transformation.

Ram Parashar is the Founder & Vice President of DOSE. He is recognized in the professional sphere as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Jeebly LLC. With over 17 years of experience in operations, workforce management, and strategic planning, he has played a pivotal role in transforming Jeebly from a startup into a regional logistics powerhouse serving the e-commerce, pharma, retail, and food sectors. At Jeebly, Ram has led the implementation of scalable delivery models, micro-hub warehousing, and real-time logistics solutions. Under his leadership, the company has expanded rapidly across the GCC and has earned recognition for innovation in “fast-mile” delivery models and cold-chain logistics. A committed leader in both business and community spheres, Ram Parashar blends strategic business insight with a strong sense of social responsibility.
